If this policy is violated you will be charged a $650 cleaning fee (plus any additional damage fees that may apply) & your reservation may be canceled without notice. (This strict guideline only exists to uphold our reputation for the cleanest possible environment for our guests - thank you for understanding) NEIGHBORHOOD With this being a downtown location you may experience some minor ambient city noise. Because the space is also located in a mixed-commercial / neighborhood zone, we also request that you honor the 9pm-8am quiet hours out of respect for our residential neighbors. Non-compliance with noise regulations will nullify your rental contract immediately and provide grounds for expulsion without refund. (This strict guideline also provides a very noise conscious positive space for your benefit as well) MAIN HOUSE Within the same privacy fence, property shares space with a Main House. All exit/entry is exclusive to each dwelling with little to no contact between either dwelling. The only shared space is the detached laundry building which is also onsite. FURNISHINGS & AMENTITIES This property is furnished with high end offerings that are thoroughly cleaned & inspected directly after guests checkout. We ask that you enjoy this space as if it were your own, but request that you notify us should any accidents or damage happen throughout your stay (i.e. spilled wine, torn/stained leather or fabrics, broken glassware, etc). We’ll reasonably work out a fair solution but any attempt to hide damage will result in a significant fine. LAUNDRY The laundry space is located in the detached building behind the main house & is shared with the Guest House. All necessary amenities are stocked to support the duration of your stay. PARKING Street Parking is not dedicated but almost always available directly in front of the property. EV charging is available upon request. PERIMETER PRIVACY FENCE & GATE Please keep all gates & perimeter property doors closed throughout the duration of your stay. I have fully read & agree to abide by the information provided to me regarding this property. In return, Dwell has agreed to offer the property to you as a Vacation Rental for the dates you’ve requested above (pending the confirmation email you'll receive post payment to the address you've provided).
